Priority is given to any vulnerable driver and where appropriate, a text messaging service to let the client know what is happening.
The policy applies to any driver of the insured vehicle and cover can apply to any vehicle under 16 years of age, including cars, motorcycles or vans.
The policy provides access to over 4,200 recovery vehicles, managed by over 500 operators throughout the UK.
