At Crusader Assistance we have a real commitment to customer care and will always put the customer first.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service please follow the below procedure.
Contact our customer service team directly on the number below. Provide them with any reference you may have and details of whom you have spoken to previously. The customer service agent should be in a position to resolve your problem, or advise you of the steps they will be taking to attempt to resolve the issue.
If you are still not satisfied, please ask to speak to the team leader of that section; they should be able to resolve the issue. Failing this please ask to speak to the department manager.
If you are still unhappy. Please put your complaint in writing to the address below. All correspondence will receive an initial acknowledgment within 5 working days, and a final or holding response will be sent to you within 4 weeks. If a holding response is issued your final reply will be received within 8 weeks.
If you are still dissatisfied, you may be able to submit your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). They are an independent body that arbitrates complaints on general insurance.
The FOS will only deal with any complaint that has followed our internal complaints procedure. If you are a business complaining to the FOS your turnover must be below £1,000,000.
