It’s not usual for us to do this. It is part of our service to ensure that your client is kept fully informed as to the status of their claim every step of the way. This also reduces inbound calls to you. We can however, provide you
with a weekly or monthly report of all settled claims that can be emailed to the person of your choice. |

If we provide a full claims management service to you, your claims figures will go on our RMAR. If we only provide a ULR service, these will need to be included by you on your RMAR. |

Crusader ultimately is a claims
management company. We provide an uninsured loss recovery service to our clients and effectively manage claims on behalf of insurance brokers. |

We make our money through selling our service to clients. We also have contracts with service providers and make commission on the referrals that we send to our suppliers. |

Generally a motorist will know whether or not they are responsible for an accident. When you notify Crusader of an accident we will discuss with you in detail the circumstances surrounding your accident and based on the information you provide us, advise you whether we feel you are liable and if we will be successful in pursuing a claim.
Not all accidents are necessarily the responsibility of one party. There are many factors which determine who is liable. |

As long as a client is honest with us throughout a claim and provides us with all the information we require we will continue to assist you the best way we can. |

Certainly not, you are covered for all the services we provide when you purchase Crusader cover. All costs that may arise from the services that we provide are claimed back from the responsible party’s insurance company. If costs are unrecoverable, the
costs are covered under your legal expenses insurance policy. |

Uninsured losses are costs that are not covered by your insurers. This includes your policy excess, loss of earnings, personal injury, vehicle damage if you hold a TPFT or TPO policy, travel expenses and many more. Our advisors will be able to confirm any uninsured losses for you.
Due to these costs not being covered by your insurers, they are only recoverable if you are involved in an accident with an identifiable, responsible party. If you are involved in a fault accident you are unable to claim for any of the costs mentioned. |

You always need to report an accident to
both us and your insurance company. By law you are obliged to notify your insurance company of any accidents that you have been involved in.
Crusader will deal with different aspects
of your claim to your insurers, therefore it
is important that both of us are notified of
any claim. |
